Dutch banks apply the WWFT (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme) framework to foundation banking mandates. ANBI-registered charitable foundations and family wealth foundations are the most commonly accepted structure types, but the UBO analysis and source of wealth documentation at endowment level must be complete before any bank will consider the application.
iKYC BV operates from the Netherlands and holds established relationships with Dutch banking institutions. We manage the full WWFT compliance preparation as part of the mandate.
