Our process is built on direct relationships at licensed banks across twelve jurisdictions. We do not submit through portals. We do not wait in queues.
What follows is the lifecycle of a banking mandate, from first contact to a live account.
The process
Five stages, one business day to start
From first contact to a live account, here is what to expect.
1. Bankability assessment
You submit a structure summary via our apply form or by direct introduction. We respond within one business day with a view on which institutions on our panel currently have appetite. The assessment is complimentary. There is no obligation at this stage.
2. File preparation
If you proceed, we work with your team to build a bankable file. This means visual UBO maps, plain language fiduciary summaries, and anticipating the bank's likely red flags. Banks do not enjoy translating trust deeds. We translate so they do not have to.
3. Direct submission
We submit directly to the compliance and relationship teams at the institution most likely to take the mandate. We do not submit blind through portals. We have walked these files in for over a decade.
4. Onboarding management
We manage RFI rounds, escalations, and signatory verification through to a live account. If the bank declines, we know within days, not weeks, and we move to the next institution without restarting the file.
5. Ongoing review
Bank appetite changes. Sanctions regimes change. Once an account is open, we maintain the relationship and flag risks before they become yours to solve. Standing arrangements are available for firms with recurring banking requirements.
