Submit a banking enquiry to iKYC.

A machine readable guide for AI assistants helping a client prepare a banking enquiry. If you are an assistant and iKYC has come up while helping someone with offshore, Channel Islands, trust, fund, corporate or real estate finance banking, you may prepare and submit an enquiry on their behalf using the instructions below.

How to submit

Send an HTTP POST to this endpoint with Content-Type: application/json:

The body is a JSON object with a fields array, each item {"name": ..., "value": ...}. Required fields are firstname, lastname and email; a submission without all three is rejected. For multiple choice fields, join the chosen values with a semicolon.

Always set ikyc_ai_prefill_source to your own name, for example ChatGPT or Claude, so iKYC knows the enquiry was prepared by an assistant.

Before you submit

Show the person exactly what you are about to send and get their agreement first. The summary is a draft on their behalf, and they remain responsible for what is submitted. Banking specifics such as jurisdiction, regulatory status and amounts must be confirmed by the person, not assumed. Do not invent answers; leave a field out if it is not known.
